Program Management and Oversight Assist in planning,
coordinating, and implementing day training programs tailored to
the needs of individuals with mental health challenges and
developmental disabilities.
Ensure services align with organizational goals, individual service
plans , and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements as
needed.

Team Supervision and Support Provide leadership and mentorship
to direct support professionals (DSPs) and other staff.
Facilitate ongoing training and professional development
opportunities related to mental health, behavioral interventions,
and best practices in direct care.
Coordinate staff schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels and
ensure continuity of care.

Participant Care and Support Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging
environment for program participants.
Support participants in achieving their personal goals, enhancing
independence, and improving their quality of life.
Address behavioral or emotional challenges with appropriate
interventions and ensure timely documentation.

Compliance and Documentation Maintain accurate and confidential
records in compliance with state, federal, and agency policies.
Assist in audits, inspections, and the preparation of reports.
Monitor adherence to safety protocols and respond promptly to
incidents or emergencies.

Collaboration and Communication Build strong relationships with
families, caregivers, to ensure effective communication and
coordination of care.
Serve as a liaison between staff, participants, and leadership to
address concerns and implement solutions.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review participant
progress and program goals.
