Recently doing an admissions and marketing hybrid program at Shepherd of the Valley bringing in more referrals from in town, home settings and out of town i.e. Hospitals, other nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I have helped raise the census and amount of referrals from the low 150's to about 170 residents in a 4 month period. I work along with my Admissions Director, Stacy Murphy.
