To describe my current job I pretty much do a little bit of everything including operating the machines to scale the dough to the right weights, to get the perfect shapes of the loaves when they come out n the conveyer belt, and then to pan all the bred up to put away on the racks. Another thing is packing all the bread into the boxes or bags with the correct labels and the right amount in each one.
One other big part of my job which helps with my background knowledge of construction is keeping the machines running good and clean. As I work, I am constantly lubricating the machines, adjusting equipment, and always making sure everything is safe and sound.
To summarize my overall experience as a laborer and apprentice, I would say I picked up on most things pretty fast while also learning from the others by just watching them and listening to all the advice i was being told. I did all this while still in school disregarding thee summers which is where most of my time came in, but still managed to work weekends and certain days during the week while in highschool.
