Swing Manager at McDonald's means i have to always stay on top of everything, especially with the competitively fast work environment. Keeping everything in order, clean, and keeping employees motivated through our worst rushes. The dynamic I've learned working for Mcdonald's as a Swing Manager means I've had to close at least once a week, delegate and help employees deep clean the restaurant before inspections and take care of breaks and sending people home on time, even during peak rush hours. I'm resourceful, quick witted, fast learning and motivated, whatever i need to learn, I will. Along with managing the employees at the front, I've also learned how to run the kitchen and manage while doing so, I have a Servsafe FoodHandler certificate, I can be useful wherever I'm needed, whenever I'm needed. I hope to further develop these skills throughout my next job or jobs, developing new ones along the way and bettering my weak points. Thank You for considering me.
I achieved becoming a manager in less than a year of my employment with McDonald's, I've helped many upset customers with good attitude and achieve a good response afterwards, managed around 9-12 people at the same time, managed very good shifts through peak hours and rushing all day.

It means I understand how to store, Handle and cook food, how long food can sit before it is unusable, what temperatures certain foods must reach in order to be considered safe to consume, what order on shelves to store food to make sure they do not cross contaminate one another, and how to stay hygienic while handling food meaning, how often to change my gloves and wash my hands and when to clean utensils and preparation surfaces.
