• • Set up custom extrusion lines according to BOP’s for over 150 different products and complete setup sheet• Move all heavy machinery to and from the line and set up for production on line• Communicate with material handling to ensure correct materials (plastics and packaging)• Start extruded and other machines according to the start up sheet• String extrusion line up and create saving parts• Perform hourly quality check using various quality tools and imputing data into a quality software.Troubleshoot issues on extrusion lines to keep lines making saving product.• Package quality parts correctly using the packaging instructions given by each customer• When run is complete tear down the extrusion lines by putting all heavy machinery back, pulling dieoff for die maintenance, cleaning extrusion line before starting set up of next product
