Introduction

This is something that I personally live by, in everything I do, I put people over process. I also value a developed strong process, which creates space for any staff to prioritize people. I want to work for an organization that has a high value in continued growth and leadership development for both the leaders and the staff teams. Cultivating a staff culture that connects within and outside of the work place is important to me. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and have two amazing children. Certification

FPU or Financial Peace University is a nine-week course with one class per week, each lasting one to two hours. The course includes homework, video lessons, a digital workbook, and access to the EveryDollar budgeting app.
