  • During this time, we have managed a multimillion-dollar capital budget to update aging and obsolete equipment, leveraged the SAP/S4 system and developed the technical skills of our department to achieve this improvement.
  • Along with these strategies we have also implemented a condition monitoring program to better help us track our asset health and detect defects early to ensure proper planning and scheduling for the repair.
  • During my time at PepsiCo, I was selected to be on a team to lead and develop a Maintenance Manager training and onboarding program for PepsiCo North America.

  • I provide guidance and direction to 7 plants in the Midwest in implementing these strategies and provided leadership in bringing our workforce to a precision level of execution.
  • We have also started to develop and implement our CMMS into our SAP software into the division, through Enterprise Asset Management to help capture the cost associated with maintaining the assets, determining run time to repair, and run time between failure, as well as building a database of measurements along with a detailed BOM.
  • We have also performed audits of plant maintenance safety programs and adjusted policies in areas such as, Lock Out Tag Out, Fall Protection, and Confined Space Entry.
