
As a Multi-Unit General Manager, my primary objectives are to support the function of business operations by managing multiple staffs, coordinating operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, food and cocktail quality and revamping along with curating menus for both, I am to create a positive and productive work environment by creating Road maps for individuals to grow within the organization to raise retention rates and promote a happier staff, this will be organized by communicating with team members, setting clear and concise goals, and monitoring performance.
