Shane Kilraine

Oversee production areas of glass, shades, and fulfillment pack out. Works closely with each team to ensure they are performing and working to the best of their abilities. Always working with C.I. and production planning to make sure we are working on the most pressing or essential jobs for our downstream customers, while also making sure the work area is streamlined to maximize production output. Also worked with NPD and warranty to help with new fixtures introduced to the catalog, and helping warranty with any jobs including glass, shades, diffusers, or hardware needed to complete a job.

Worked directly in GWP (glass, wire, and pack) while overseeing other departments such as craft and finishing. Worked with other team leads from each department to establish a clear goal for us as a team to achieve daily. Helped lead one of the more productive team in production while in this role, which lead to higher production numbers and allowed for easier cross training to make the overall team more valuable in each department.(Wiring, Craft, and Finishing)
