  • 555 Greenwich Street, New York, NY: We provided construction management services for this 16-story, 264,430 SF office building with ground-floor retail, located in Hudson Square. Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the new building stands immediately adjacent to 345 Hudson Street and complements the 1931-vintage building, while featuring numerous setbacks with outdoor terraces and a masonry façade with generous windows. Designed to be one of the most sustainable commercial properties in the city, 555 Greenwich is targeting LEED Platinum and was devised to exceed future climate targets for office buildings set by the City and State.
