Hello my name is Shane Marcy,


I consider myself a Seasoned Professional Construction Superintendent with over 29 years of experience in both commercial and residential sectors . The First half of my Career late 90's thur early 2000's was amidst

-the residential housing boom with-in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area. Working for a General Contracting Home Builder asa Carpenter, but having the benefits and experience in every aspect of constructing a home from the first steps to the finished product. A root to leaf construct on hundreds of built to suit dwellings. The later half and most recent years of my Career has been involved in being first a Grandfathered in union Carpenter Foreman progressing into the Superintendent role in charge of many multiple Million dollar Projects . First project as a Supt. was the Fairmont,MN. Water Treatment Plant a 3year4month project totaling just over 30 Million Dollars. List continues with new Water and Waste water facilities in communities of Chanhassen, Moorehead, among others in surrounding states. also scattered in the mix 6 Caribou Coffee Lodges and Cabins across the midwest. Im a product of Big Scale Commercial and Industrial construction very adapted to the many different individuals that one deals with on these various jobsites. some projects very accelerated schedules which meant dealing with 80-100 men and ladies from different Contractors,Trades, Vendors,Engineers ,Inspectors,Safety officials and Client Owners.. Having a detailed plan and scope of job duties for all onsite and off.


Very well suited in blueprint interpretation and subcontractor management, I excel in delivering projects ahead of schedule, enhancing site safety, and strive to have good work orientated relationships. My leadership is defined by efficiency, quality assurance, and environmental stewardship. I hold many Certification's dealing in numerous job scopes and trades. Responsible Construction Superintendent with years of comprehensive experience leading teams of contractors and subcontractors. Outstanding blueprint and design interpretation and comprehension abilities with excellent communication, budgeting and project management talents. Extensive knowledge of all construction sub-trades, construction, and supplies.
