Operations Performance Manager : Sept 2022 to Jan 2023
Taking a lateral promotion to the role of Operations Performance Manager this position collaborates closely with our Data Analytics and Leadership teams. In this capacity, my primary responsibilities included the analysis of raw data to pinpoint areas in need of enhancement. Subsequently, I developed comprehensive strategies and initiatives aimed at improving overall performance. My role extended to overseeing and supporting a team of 5 Regional Vice Presidents who, in turn, managed 32 District Managers. I provided consistent guidance and coaching to ensure the seamless execution of performance improvement initiatives across our organization.
