It is my objective to become a Corporate Training Manager for the Seminole Tribe of Florida and Hard Rock International. From the time I started my journey at the Tampa location, I saw myself as a Manager who would eventually be in a leadership role but outside of operations. Now, with 15+ years of Hospitality Leadership experience in Operations, I am seeking to take my skill set and all of my gained knowledge and experiences to the next level.
• Training and continuous Development for all working Team Members under my direction.
• Learning each Clients expectations and Developing a full proof plan to bring their vision to life in our event space
• Policy development and enforcement.
• Project Management from start to finish with a core group of Leaders from various departments.
• Executes events for internal and external guests both in our Event Center and other pop up areas throughout the property.
• Works directly with other departments to create the absolute best guest experiences.
• AOR include Team Training, Manager Training, FOH Hospitality, Guest Service,
