  • I was required to work on numerous different accounts that had been flagged by the security system for suspicious activity and make outbound calls to the customer to verify said activity, while also taking inbound calls acting as the last line of defense for any suspects calling in.
  • I was also responsible for taking supervisor calls at times, and needed to have a good understanding of call de-escalation as well as confident speaking.
  • This position also required me to be able to spot trends regarding identity theft and to assist customers that may have fallen victim.
