As a contracting business owner, I have an extensive portfolio. Over the years, I picked up remodeling.

• Over time, I have done the following in my career:
• I have completed kitchens and bathrooms from start to finish. including doing all the electrical, plumbing, tile work, cabinet installs, and crown molding.
• I have done custom windows and doors, including all molding.
• I have installed several types of roofing, from standing seam to asphalt shingles.
• On exteriors, I have done everything from stucco and siding to stone veneer.
• Custom stamped concrete and flagstone patios, and walkways.
• I have done many custom decks over the years.
• Fence installs and railings, handicapped ramps, railings, and grab bars.

As an employee:

• I worked closely with customers, contractors, and management.
• I have worked in all areas of concrete production, including concrete wood form, and Symons panel construction. Including pre-cast form, finishing, curbs, and basements. I worked with cranes up to 30 tons, backhoes, loaders, fork lifts up to 20-ton capacity, and various other machines, construction equipment, and specialty tools.

As the plant supervisor:

• I was responsible for 30 laborers, lead men, and supervisors.
• My duties included:

Scheduling, planning, and oversight of production.

Operations: employee reviews, hiring and firing of employees, safety reviews, and liaison with sales and design.
