Summary

I have a highly diverse professional background and hunger to achieve greatness. Courage and drive are required to go where we have never been before. No hand outs have been given, and the job is not done. The reason I am the best candidate for the job is because Client Services and my background has been the stepping stone for something much greater for myself and my family. I will always be a high level individual, even if I don't have a piece of paper that says I went to school for four years. Nothing is going to stop me from being who I am intended to be.

  • In 2024, I am the Crew Chief for 3 cars, Danica Dart - current Arca Menards series Nascar driver who is with Kennealy Keller Motorsport (KKM). But will be driving in one of my cars for further development as a driver for 6 races this season. Along with 12/yo Sydni Hamlin, and beginner/Marquis Smith.
  • Managing the race cars, making sure they are safe, square and ready to drive along with the setup's to ensure best results.
  • Work well in a team setting, providing support and guidance.
  • In 2024 I am stepping away from driving and have been hired to be Impel Motorsports Crew Chief/Driver coach as we are going to be stepping up their game. In 2023, I managed to gain attention and respect by some of the best short track racers on the West Coast/Country by out running millions of dollars worth of equipment with my old barn find of a race car. The goal is to get my three drivers places where they have never been before.

  • Snow removal, making sure tenants do not get injured slipping on ice or snow during the winter months.
  • Rental Agreements, building contracts, making sure deposits get back to the tenants if they do not damage anything.
  • Protecting myself, setting rates based off the current market. Not letting myself get taken advantage of while not taking advantage of the tenants.
  • Starting in 2019, managing 20-30 clients a week with lawn care, aerating and property clean ups. Making sure they are happy when I leave. At an affordable cost. The elderly where my best friends.

  • These may be more like traits, I think for skills within PayTrace; you have a guy that can walk up and down our interface and explain to people like Concrete Workers or Autobody repair shop owners how to most efficiently use our system Using their language and not our language I know our system to where I can hold my own even within the company in terms of use of our product, and why people need a certain aspect of it Understanding their life in those industries and building a connection from them to us I can say key words about their industry to make them stop and think, wait, who am I talking to? A stronger bridge was just built when those conversations happen I take pride with this in client services Especially when conducting Product Demo's, setting up my Demo account to fit their ideas of what they need in live time I view PayTrace as a great education of not only to lead zoom meetings, but to teach and coach along the way
