I started my position as Recreation Coordinator on 1/7/2018. Since then, I have been responsible and achieved the following:
Coordinated staff to supervise events and facilitate scheduled activities.
Coordinated all active recreation at various County sports complexes, including communicating with park patrons, leagues, concession vendors, and contractors in terms of scheduling and maintenance at all parks.
Worked closely with the leagues that utilize North Lake Regional Park, East Lake Sports & Community Complex, Minneola Athletic Complex, and PEAR Park for years, for a number of different sports, including baseball/softball, soccer, football, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, etc.
Created and established maintenance contracts that cover all active parks to ensure that all sports turf, ballfield clay, common areas, and buildings are up to the standards expected by the residents who utilize our parks.
