• Licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic with hands-on training and experience with Turbine and Piston engine maintenance, electrical system and component repair and troubleshooting, structural repair and modification, and composite fabrication and repair.
• Able to work in a team environment, learn quickly, self-starter who can work unsupervised, and effectively communicate.
• Experienced with the rigors of opening a new Maintenance Facility and working with new and/or inexperienced employees.
• Decades of experience collaborating with pilots, customers, ground crews, aircraft owners, parts vendors, and FAA personnel on a one on one basis.
• Able to work under stress, in a timely and effective manner.
• Comprehensive experience with and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, navigational, Pitot Static, Oxygen, communication systems and specialized test equipment for all such systems.
• Familiar with computers, Microsoft Word, and Excel, various operating systems and the use of company specific parts tracking and maintenance tracking programs.
