I quickly achieved and maintained certification and proficiency on a variety of eleven machines - including balancers that were most difficult and could only be managed by the most qualified. My duties included set up of machines, change overs, maintaining the integrity of the parts in production with limited mistakes, and keeping waste to a minimum.
