I am a problem solver with six years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. I am comfortable with high call volumes, working independently, Irate customers, and repetition.
I am most fit for the job because I have great listening skills, a bubbly personality, and I think outside the box. Being a mother of two pre-teen boys, one of whom is autistic and non-verbal, I’m no stranger to hard work, patience, and self-motivation.
