  • Patient care support that includes answering call lights immediately, consoling family members, emotionally supporting residents/patients and giving palliative care before/after the passing of a resident.
  • Using the digital documentation platform PCC to chart any medical updates, observing and documenting information for new admissions, etc.
  • Clinical and monitoring tasks which involves monitoring oxygen levels and supplies, catheter care, taking vital signs, checking on skin areas that are prone to wounds and reporting any changes to nurses.
