As an academic innovator, I have had the joy of successfully collaborating alongside students, adjuncts, faculty, administrators, student services, and community stakeholders via strategic planning, service learning, technology, sustainability, global education, and committees across 7 campuses and in Dallas College. My goal is to create learning solutions that increase productivity to serve, retain, and support student success and equip students professionally and connect them to employment. I have led and implemented multiple online programs, support systems, accessibility, technology, and training. My colleagues would share my strengths as positive working relationships, communication, work ethic, problem solver, enthusiastic, empower others, as well as an immense desire to learn with variety while embracing creativity.
This role reports to the Vice Provost of E-learning as part of the E-learning Executive Leadership Team. As Dean of E-learning, this role's leadership spans across 60k students, 3k faculty, and 7 'Schools Of' at Dallas College. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
