Summary

A native of Michigan, I have been in the Buffalo area for many years and have raised my children here. After the birth of my second child, I left the work force and stayed home to raise my children. Returning to the laboratory in 2007, I have worked as a generalist and as a microbiologist. I am known at work for enjoying a challenge, always wanting to work the busiest bench with the most work and difficult cultures to read. I enjoy the puzzle-solving that goes with laboratory science, and I am very much a team player. My focus is always on the patient, and getting out accurate fast results to the providers.
