Summary

I joined Sofi in November 2015 as a Relationship Management Consultant and eventually transitioned to loan review when they closed the communications department. I was able to quickly learn and adapt to the necessary skill sets needed to provide excellent customer service and quality work within this new and ever changing and growing company. In November I made the move to our Escalations department where assist MET, take escalated calls, and respond to OCEO emails, and address complaints. I have the ability to exhibit grace under pressure, while successfully navigating complex work assignments/situations efficiently and effectively. I am able to meet critical deadlines in dynamic, rapidly changing environments. I am skilled at listening to customers, meeting productivity targets and maintaining current knowledge of company offerings. Offering empathy, reliability and enthusiasm for satisfying customers. I am self-motivated, resourceful and productive on teams as well as independent work. I can also move between projects/duties quickly and efficiently with excellent organizational and time management skills. My husband and I have successful marriage and business and have raised two fantastic kids.

I designed, placed orders, and sold sweatshirts, shirts, hats, lanyards (or anything I could put our logo / mascot on to make a small profit from the students and parents of the high school). I have had to stay within a budget and make as much of a profit as possible, to help support not only the athletic teams, but other various school clubs. Being part of WHS Boosters not only helps support the high school, their clubs and teams, but our community as well.
