  • CCA asked me to be the liaison for the community relations committee, summer of 2013. My roles consisted of overseeing our relationship with government and community leaders, and scheduled briefings quarterly to keep positive, transparent and cohesive relationships.
  • Advance Pierre Foods asked me to assist in administering wage and salary policies and structures, including performance appraisal systems; I conducted surveys of prevailing wages in the local recruiting area and helped implement a new step wage plan for hourly and salary employees. My role was to examine existing job descriptions with the job being performed. To weigh experience and education requirements as they relate to the function. Having prior experience in these matters allowed me to close this action ahead of schedule with complete corporate support. This resulted in a 20% decrease in turnover within 3 months.
  • Niagara Bottling asked me to move to the Dallas plant to take on the HRM role in a multi- line complex environment – I have effectively increased the staffing rate from 89% to 96.5% in 2 months
