- Company Overview: Delivering Dreams is a very high volume donation center and resale store.
- I was hired in 2019 as the store manager of Delivering Dreams of Arizona formerly known as Assistance League of Phoenix and I have since developed into the Director of Resale title.
- My responsibilities include supervising a rotating staff of approximately 75 volunteers throughout multiple sections of the store.
- Within 6 years I was able to nearly triple profits from $235K yearly to $670K in 2025 by using marketing strategies, remodeling and rebranding the store, and effective customer service which resulted in strong repeat business.
- I often represent the organization on social media and news outlets trying to promote the stores products and mission.
- My day to day responsibilities include P&L, budgeting, recruiting, managing volunteers, resolving conflict, preventing theft, overseeing building maintenance, monthly informational reports to the CEO, pricing of items, and managing online sales.
- In 2019 I began online sales operations for the Delivering Dreams organization further adding to the stores profit.
- I am currently supervising renovations on a 2nd location to expand the organization.
