Professional Highlights

  • Selected as McKinsey & Company’s first National Administrative Manager for legal operations.
  • Served as the chief adviser to the first General Counsel of McKinsey & Company, providing leadership and guidance in budget and staff management, business continuity, and managing outside counsel spend.
  • Redesigned Drinker Biddle’s paralegal staffing model and created a centrally managed paralegal department to help improve profitability and utilization. Over a three-year period, with a defined billable-hour requirement for paralegals across all U.S. offices and practice groups, revenue and efficiencies increased, headcount was reduced by 36 percent, and the billable hour expanded from 1000 to1400 per year.
  • Promoted during the Faegre Drinker merger to the Practice Management team to successfully introduce and implement Practice Management to the newly merged firm.
  • Hired as a transition agent for Bressler Amery & Ross to redefine and manage their administrative support system. Responsible for people and contract management resulting in more than $3M in savings in the past year.
