Worked as an assistant manager to 6 days/nights a week. First one to greet guests, maintained a positive presence with our staff, ensured everything was cleaned, and closed locking the door. Years later in a daytime position was trained to be a bookkeeper managing daily financial service, input, records, from companies delivery food/toiletries/paper/glasses/utensils, catering to off site events by myself, processing payroll, and helping with serving food, and staying a daily present in the restaurant.
