Participated in daily communication meetings to gather PSV test lists.

Printed required documents for each PSV, including BORA and P&ID.

Coordinated with board operator in control room and Setpoint to discuss workload. Collaborated with area operator and equipment owner for permits and checklists.

Isolated PSVs for testing according to BORA.

After testing, removed all locks and tags, and returned PSVs to service.

Completed and signed off on all necessary paperwork.

Operate valves to adjust flows, change and repair valves as needed. Mix/Make TMP and TME in Mix tanks for flow of Tio2 . troubleshoot and diagnose any repairs needed to be made by myself or maintenence to repair. Communicate between control room/board operator and direct supervisor. Make normal rounds viewing levels, temps, and pulling samples. Inspect/change filters/strainers as requested. Complete task on daily work sheet . Print out and Follow JSA for specific lockout procedure . Lockouts and Isolations. Write all permits as requested.

• Foreman over incinerators A and B line, complete tear down and rebuild of incinerator, blower, igniter, valves and expansion joints, Fit pipe, change gaskets, change spools and valves with proper bolt up procedures.
• Change rocos, replace oxygen and ticl superheater coils.
• Remove and replace bundles.
• DSU outages, remove 401a and 401b head and replace tube sheets, reinstall heads with new tube sheets.
• Repair lime slakers.
• Complete tear down of reactors, change screens, rebuild reactor.
• Obtain permits.
• Sign off and/or obtain permit revisions.
• Build and replace handrails and grating/structure.

• Sign off and/or obtain permit revisions.
• Build and replace handrails and grating/structure.
