In addition to my listed experience, I have been acting as General Manager of Lucille's Bar-B-Que in Orange since March of 2024. During this time I have focused on all aspects of the restaurant including maintenance of the building, proper staffing and decreasing inventory variances for the FOH and BOH. I have learned more about how to properly budget labor and maintain controllable costs. I have also assisted with successfully decreasing team member turn over last quarter to 10.53%.
