In January of 2002 I was hired at Wells Fargo Financial as a Customer Service Representative. I worked at WFF until they merged with Wells Fargo Bank in 2010. At that time I accepted a position with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Throughout my time with Wells Fargo I held many positions and received many promotions that transferred me to different locations. I worked under multiple Branch Managers and District Managers. During that time I was also a team lead and selected for multiple projects and pilots to help advance the mortgage process making it more efficient while also maintaining standards for quality. This is a culmination of my responsibilities during my time at Wells Fargo:


  • Processed FHA\VA\Conventional purchase and refinance real estate loans in multiple states for multiple branches.
  • Worked with the Home Mortgage Consultants, customers, and Underwriters to collect documentation needed for loan approval.
  • Worked with title companies, homeowner’s insurance agencies, and third party lenders to collect title work, insurance declaration pages, and external payoffs to ensure proper secured property transfers.
  • Worked with the Wells Fargo closing departments and title companies to ensure documents were sent prior to closing, final numbers were approved correctly for closing, and the loans were funded after closing.
  • Had daily pipeline review calls with Branch Managers\Home Mortgage Consultants to communicate file updates.
