FSQ Technician
My job description entails me keeping track of chemicals that Sanitation uses in their cleaning process. For example, conducting daily titrations and making sure chemical is at correct range. In addition to that I perform quality checks that are aligned with the SSOPs and through observation ensure that the 7 steps of sanitation are followed on a daily basis. Furthermore, I maintain a level of integrity and confidence when clearing a room for production. More importantly, I work with sanitation by reporting observations to the supervisor therefore, any adjustments or corrections needed during the cleaning process can be reviewed. In addition to my Quality Control. I perform environmental swabs and ATPs to ensure that the process of sanitation is consistent with the MSS and aligned with the SSOP. Overall, I perform quality checks, make observations, report back and provide information that ensures the success of the food safety program.
