- Perform walkthrough inspections of all phases of work
- Clearly communicate to subcontractors and vendors company's expectations for the project
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices for payment, ensuring that the work completion matches the invoiced amount.
- Oversee and coordinate all the necessary purchasing of materials and supplies for the job/job site
- Responsible for making sure all receipts are correctly labeled and coded following company protocols
- Responsible for approving timesheets for employees
- Mentor and train junior team members in project management best practices and company protocols
