  • I worked as a visual merchandiser for two years in Kansas City and helped open Australia’s first H&M, also the largest at the time. I was then selected to open the Global Flagship in Herald Square New York City.
  • Here I collaborated with the visual merchandising team to break down the juniors department (Divided) into three concepts. This was to create specific "shops" for each guest.
  • I led overnight floor changes, changed mannequins, trained team members as part of a succession plan, and planned each week for the upcoming four weeks.
  • I also trained the rest of the visual team how to plan appropriately.
  • Presented updated floor plans and design strategy to store management.
  • Monitored and reordered inventory items to fulfill displays and executed design changes to align with available inventory.
