with overseeing and coordinating
the daily schedules of 40 men. Being the line of communication between the residents and the staff was also my responsibility. It was up to me to solve most of the problems, issues or concerns that any of the residents had. If I couldn't solve the problem at hand then I would address the problem with one of the clinical supervisors. I was picked to be the top resident because I set a good example and I put in the work necessary to get the most benefit from the program I could. I didn't go around talking about my doings or my intentions, I simply did the work and let my actions speak instead of my words. I led by example and I held myself to the highest standard from the first day to the very last day. I didn't take one day off and I gave my all to the program.
