Use of hydraulic machines to produce a variety of rind sizes using mica based materials.

Use of cutters and banding saw to cut out parts.

Smaller parts are punched out in a punch press.

Material is heated on a hot plate and put together to insert into machine to press and then cool using cold water.

Parts are then inspected on a light table to find any defects, cracks, holes or organic material

Rings are then sanded by hand to specs per job bag and sent to the lab.
