• Manages the recruitment process, the advertising of job openings consistent with recruitment practices, responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), screening applicants, reference checks, and phone interviews.
• Handles onboarding, new employee orientation, and benefits administration, and plays a key role in bi-weekly payroll.
• Worked with outside recruitment agencies: Handled the Recruitment agency agreements, Certificates of Liability Insurance, and kept all contracts up to date in the contracting software.
