· Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with Company policies.

· Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, preparing reports, other documents for Executive Staff, sorting and distributing mail.

• Manage a book of business of 100+ Benefit plans
• Extensive knowledge of electronic data transfer from payroll vendor/HRIS system to TPA’s.
• Managed the transfer of benefits due to M&A’s
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients and/or new benefit plans added for existing clients
• Guide clients through the open enrollment process annually
• Assist clients with the reconciliation of employee payroll withholdings/contributions, as well as the reconciliation of company financials and employee enrollment verification.
• Assist brokers helping with their day-to-day inquiries from clients, annual renewals, or escalated issues.
• Work internally with all departments to manage benefits for a mutual client to cultivate an overall smooth customer experience.
