1. Responsible for administration of workers compensation claims. Work with workers compensation carrier, case management nurse and appropriate management personnel.
2. Work with Human Resources to manage the LOA process.
3. Maintain accurate records (data entry) and files for personal/work related medical releases, medical departure forms, status change forms, safety and security daily logs, audits and training materials.
4. Attend workers compensation claims review and other safety related meetings.
5. Responsible for the submission of time exception reports. Perform daily down and upload of PDA's and print reports.
6. Provide worker compensation information to Safety Specialist or ANIC as requested.
7. Provide regular claims update to the safety/security management and facilitate meetings as requested.
8. Generate reports and other documents as assigned by the Safety Supervisor.
9. Assist Safety Supervisor by receiving calls and dispatching safety/security personnel.
10. Assist representative of all local, state and federal agencies in the inspection of facilities.
