• Project Details: Conversion and Implementation of Workday Financials in the organization migrating all the business modules of Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC) cycles from their legacy system SAP.
• Responsibilities:
• Developed Matrix report to perform spend analysis on various Cost centers and drilldown using Ledger account etc.
• Designed and developed multiple financial Statements related to project, company, cost center and ledger account.
• Created expense reports to detail expenses incurred by pre-hires to report and analyze company spend.
• Designed and developed balance sheet as per client requirement using composite report.
• Created Budget forecast trend reports which compares Actuals with Budget using repeating column groups in Composite reports.

Project Details: This project is the Implementation and Product Support of Workday HCM System with prism in the organization migrating all the business modules of Identity Management, Benefits, Compensation, Resource Management, Recruiting, Time Tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Developed and customized BIRT Reports according to business forms in Benefits, Talent and Recruiting some are removal and adding of options in goals pages and some business forms are changed according to business.
• Developed composite report for Write Off balance details for each ledger period using repeating column groups.
• Developed Composite report on Journal lines to show customer contract data both in base currency and in USD using repeating column group on the ledger period.
• Developed multiple composite reports, Matrix reports and Advanced reports on different modules including Suppliers, Customers, Customer Contracts, Financial Accounting, Assets, Expenses.
• Created Month end and Year end Journal reports by using Data Source Journal Lines for Financial reporting in the Accounting Center
• create a dataset using external data to blend, transform it with Workday data using prism.
• Conducted formal and informal product design reviews throughout the software development life cycle to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules and potential issues.
• Maintenance of workday security – creating new security groups, assigning security groups to the users, assigning business process and domain security, providing quarterly security audit reports to the client with prism.

Project Details: The project involved collaborating with the business to translate requirements into a technical design and implementing various components and processes in PeopleSoft applications. The focus areas included building AE components, page components, and SQR reports, as well as developing and customizing people code to establish business logic. Additionally, configuration and maintenance of essential tables for Payroll processing were performed, along with the implementation of custom security and data roles. The project also involved the development of interfaces and reports, integration with Upstream systems using RESTful Services, and providing support throughout testing and production phases.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with the business to translate requirements into a technical design.
• Built efficient AE (Application Engine) components, page components, and SQR (Structured Query Report) as per functional requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and customizing people code and SQR to establish business logic for PeopleSoft applications.
• Configured and maintained essential tables for Payroll processing, including Pay Calendar, Job code, Deductions, and various processes such as Pay sheet creation, PayCalc, Pay Confirm, and Tax tables.
• Implemented custom security and data roles tailored to different employee populations.
• Developed new inbound interfaces, outbound interfaces, and reports using SQR and Application Engine. Loaded data from HIG (Human Interface Gateway) post-payroll to support downstream applications.
