- Conduct Site Assessments of properties with structures and/or hazard trees;

- Provide documentation and monitoring of debris removal crews and hazard tree removal crews, including rudimentary health & safety oversight, monitoring the activities of the crews including photographs documenting work as it is completed, oversee installation of BMPs for environmental or archeological reasons and documenting contractors work, inspecting trucks for DOT certification placard and loadout activities, in addition to other activities.

- Effectively communicate in a positive manner with property owners, and know when to elevate a situation to a supervisor.

- Tower Monitors observe trucks being weighed by a scale master, and maintain a daily log of each truckload received by the disposal facility.

- Debris/Tower Monitors use portable electronic devices supplied by the project (e.g. tablets, phones, printers, etc.) to document all debris removal activities and take photos.

• Use of Krinkle Debris Tracker App to log vegetation GPS points and data
• ArcGIS Explorer to locate and identify property boundaries, eligible roads, and vegetation points
• Communication and coordination with property owners/dwellers on project scope and operations
• Ensure proper chain of command is used to escalate important issues and questions.
