Giving medications and doing treatments. Helping my residents with what is needed.

• Charted changes in patient conditions and discussed concerns with supervising healthcare provider.
• Applied interventions to progress patients toward wellness and address maintenance of wellness.

• Took Vital signs of inmates daily before starting care.
• Performed routine laboratory tests including urinalysis, blood glucose monitoring and others.
• Gave medications to the inmates who needed.
• Watched for any adverse reactions and effectiveness of the medication.
• Did all documentation following my shift.
