  • Took over The Palms in 12/2023. Prior managed 4 site which in market and affordable rate properties.
  • Total unit count: 500-current. Prior: 450 units
  • Strictly focusing on market rate and affordable sites; multifamily properties which requires knowledge of section 8, HUD, subsidized housing, LITHC, Section 42 and enforcing IRS code 8823 income restrictions with previous properties.
  • Overseeing 15 staff- currently
  • Training, hiring and managing day to day employee concerns. Resident retentions, market surveys, shop comps, and being dedicated marketing manager.
