As a Lead EVS Tech it is my responsibility to assist in making sure that the shift is operating properly and to the best of everyone's ability. I'm apart of the team that makes sure the hospital is properly cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis and remains cleaned. I'm also a worker lead, which means when things need to be done I get into action to make sure that it gets done. I strip and wax floors, I clean rooms, I empty trash, and whatever else is needed to be done to assure that the hospital is clean and sanitary for our patients, family members, visitors, and employees.

As a Lead Housekeeper it was my responsibility to ensure that all cottages on the golf club were cleaned. I was also responsible for making sure that a team of employees cleaned properly as well as clean some of the cottages myself. Another responsibility I had was assigning employees to certain cottages. Once the cottages were reported clean, it was also my responsibility to go and inspect the cottages to make sure everything was done and cleaned properly.
