Hi!My name is Sharell Hester I decided to follow my dreams ( and persue my career as a Nurse because I lost my grandmother to cancer and it really affected me , so I reached out couple of times to tried my hardest to get a nurse tech job here at this hospital, I have lots of experience with being a nurse tech I’ve worked in Nursing homes, assisted living facilities, also Memory Care units , and I also worked at both locations at the Veterans Hospital in Norman, Oklahoma and Claremore Oklahoma . In home Care one on one, also worked with the disabled which I really enjoyed my jobs I have a really good heart and if I can make a difference in anyone’s life whether it’s helping provide care for them or just being the best companion to all my residents.. Just wanted you all to know why I chose to work in the healthcare field,my grandmother had a stroke and was paralyzed one her entire left side , she ended up getting both of her legs amputated due to gain green, so my mom rented a house out next door to our home I was 16 yrs old and just had a baby but I still went back to school raised my kids as a single mother and would come home to take care of my grandmother. She motivated me before she passed away to continue doing nursing because she beloved I have a good heart, genuinely love to help and take care of people. I’ve been certified as a CNA for almost going on 14 years I love what I do I honestly feel like this is my calling from God to help

Others and I wouldn’t change it for the world, I’m a very hard worker, dependable, always open to learning new things now that my daughters are all adults now I wanna go back to school pursue my nursing career. I’ve been wanting to get a job in the hospital so bad because I feel like it’s a place to grow, learn and excel in my career.
