Senior Sales Logistics Fulfillment Planner

  • Responsible for management of all Sales Fulfillment onsite location Fedex, Product, Trade shows, Systems, warehousing, Replenishment, transportation, and kitting in the US.

Warehousing

  • Manage relationship between THC and 3PL provider, Fedex Supply Chain
  • Identify and drive OMS, WMS enhancements to improve efficiencies while networking within our DC networks and platforms
  • Lead Budget discussions, accountability for alignment of spend with 3PL partner
  • Significant experience in analyzing market pressures such as wage inflation or supply chain disruptions and providing recommendations to Operations

  • Manage onsite repairs and approval of space while working with Landlord.

Transportation

  • Responsible for implementation and daily onsite operations, contract, relationship management and delivering results with carriers for ~$3M in freight spend LTL and small parcels combined
  • Developed strong strategic partnerships due to successful relationship management that has provided significant advantages in mitigating Supply Chain challenges
  • Manage Freight Spend and Accounting processing for all shipments outbound /inbound along with freight quotes
