May 9th I begin my Sweet Live 2025 tour in Madrid NM playing in every state on my way to LA and while I'm in LA. 2024 I wrote, produced and release two albums on Apple and I decided in 2025 I'm playing them live. Meeting my fans and fans to be where they are and sing them the songs I write and one's we love. Then I planned on contacting World Kitchen in the late summer to see if my talents are needed with you. I'm dear friends with Tom Moralas owner of TOMKATS and chef when he needs me. THE SUPPER CLUB teamed up with TOMKATS many times in crisis situations. We fed 700 workers cleaning debris in NOLA and had put together a plan to roll out the motion picture mobile kitchens whe Covid hit. Gala Catering owned by Fred, I cant spell his last name. However we are dear friends and Dallas and Houston was in crisis. That angel had his trucks already in Dallas and Tom only had two kitchens. left after he sold the film division of TOMKATS. WE called every motion picture caterer and suggested it was time to roll out to the people coast to coast but go to New Orleans first those beautiful people are in trouble. And that's when I first heard about World Kitchen. In fact last Thanksgiving Tom called me into action for the World Kitchen. He said I need you to pick up a 10 ton drive it to my kitchens then chef for two days. No problem! I'm there. He said I need you to portion 300 turkey dinners each to serve a family of six and drive them all in warmers an hour away in a church parking lot and hand give through the car windows their Thanksgiving. Ok? You bet. When I arrived with the truck and entered the kitchen he threw a t-shirt at me. It said World Kitchen. I have never been more proud to wear a shirt. Really I asked. He replied they called and need us. Ok Tonto Let;s go! So after I return from this tour I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I want to use my overachieving mad skills and find or create a position in your organization that requires someone with my years of communication skills, to create relationships that makes both parties proud and to tap my super power to think on my feet with wisdom , create a plan or be given a mission and pull it off seamlessly. As a storyteller I ahve a knack for using the economy of words to explain the who, what, when and why and their marching ask clearly on topics made to seem complicated yet it's not. Working to use words to make something so complicated most people shrug and give up without even bothering to guess or feature out they're being played or missing out on a joyful opportunity. I ask a lot of questions if no ones asking questions. Sort of for th group since some people think they will be precieved as dumb if they ask a question. Not me. The more I know the more story I have the more story the more I fall in love with World Kitchen. I have limitations now that I'm 60 years old. I can't lift much but I can help with cooperate partnerships perhaps build a center here to be able to serve the fires or hurricanes in TN this year and years to come. Having a World Kitchen presence in the middle of the southeast 200 miles from Atlanta, Louisville, Lexington, Clarksville and of course Nashville I predict will get crushed this year. I hope I'm wrong. In the meantime I would like to speak with whomever is the chief of big ideas ha and begin a conversation regarding World Kitchen having a world stationed in Nashville and what experiences and skills I offer to steer it steady and funded. Who would be the contact I'd speak with about this seed being planted? I must tell you I woul've picked up an 18 wheel and drove it 10 hours to get those sweet people Thanksgiving dinner I was so honored to serve you and my state. Thank goodness we may not have to go that far if Nashville has a branch of the Giving Tree The World Kitchen.

SUNSHINE SALAD
02.2020 - 03.2023

Sunshine Salads was a secret meatless recipe I created and sold exclusively to high end produce and progressive markets.

I was licensed with the TDA for three years preparing daily in the kitchen's of The Jewish Community Center Nashville. Eventually branching out into other meatless cold salad wraps, pints and quarts, then soups and health bars, My mission was to serve the needs of my community and offer many options to the fast growing healthy shoppers. SUNSHINE was born out of my catering company, an exclusive entertainment industry caterer called THESUPPERCLUBNASHVILLE and the number #1 industry caterer for under 100 cast and crew for 10 years. My staff was tiny. They were not allowed to touch or prepare menu selections. Thus I did it all and without a public contact number, word of mouth made my client list enviable all famous and lovable from celebrities to producers and record label heads who always made me their first call.

Ready to serve 1st meal by 6a, 2nd by 12pm and third by 6pm I didn't sleep the last three years before retiring the company and leaving my beloved clients sad and hungry. My menus were provided weeks ahead of the event designed with care to meet the needs of the crew and artists. We were fondly known as a 5 Star Comfort Super Food Machine my logo "We Go Where You Imagine. Catering to Those Who Make The Entertainment Happen THESUPPERCLUBNASHVILLE. During those 10 years I was also working daily with nation wide animal care and shelter organizations such as The North Shore Animal League, Best Friends and the SFASCPA bring together large companies to partner with our fight to move Nashville's "animal control" from 50th in the nation into a progressive example of adoption care ina new location with fresh adoption practices and starting a education program in the public schools, the lawmakers and entire community teaching the importance of human animal relationships. Not just puppies and kittens but livestock, deer and rats! We went to the floor of the senate and found the card to play to chance the laws. We spoke with many representatives on how abuse starts with animal cruelty and 100% progresses to aggressive behavior and ACT NOW has a plan to reshape the health departments rules for Animal Control and share with all our communities how to spot the signs of a child abuser by the history connected to animal abuse and neglect. I brought together the music industry, bankers, real estate Agencies to fund the brilliant ACT NOW and our mission. We were on the 6pm news every night. In people's living rooms, smiling, telling positive stories and how together we can do anything. No one wants to get on a sinking ship and all to often people who mean well lead off with stories so awful you got to look away and how many dogs are being put down and please god help us. That's not how to fundraise. I studied dynanic communication, what words to chose, our tone and body language so I was usually the one interviewed for the paper or local news and it was like magic. Tell the stories of glory. Smile and give comfort and support. Have a plan and tell them the plan! The Animal Care Task Force was a force indeed. Our partners funded travel for my education to make a plan. I traveled to Best Friends in Utah for a three week workshop on human behavior as related to animal adoptions. It's the people who represent the mute and the more stories of glory and education instead of desperation and punishing or being rude to a potential human and forever home is the secret to all success. Those who don't see us crawling under every house in th 9th Ward after Katrina is fine. Some people cut the checks to support the efforts while I also cooked and fed everyone during those brutal days. It was important work and with my training for crisis I became very close and continue to be with organizations across the country, meanwhile Taylor Swift was shooting for 4 days and needed my yeast rolls and carved turkey breast or she refused to eat I was humorously told. I began in motion picture as a rigger, electrician and grip and I too played favorites when it came to who made our meals. My duties from 2003 to 2012 were vast yet I worked and achieved meaningful bonds with such a variety of humans and business. Trusting me to never be late with the finest lunches on set to companies trusting me with thousands of dollars to buy circus tents to create shelter for hundreds of homeless animals left behind in NOLA and here in Nashville. From 2012 to 2019 I was a teamster driving on motion picture. I have my Class A CDL with is handy to move big trailers full of make up or meals on wheels.
