• Assist with developing a sport budget. Conducting sports registration.

Create and execute a format for fees and sporting event monies to be managed and collected.
• Provide an End-of-the-Season report, inclusive of, collection and inventory, Awards and/or Banquets.
• Submit all completed incident/accident reports within 24 hours to the Department and copied to the Law Department. Encourage to enlist the support of parents and other volunteers to assist with carrying out these additional responsibilities.
