I have a Masters of Education degree in Educational Leadership and a California Education Administrators Credential, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education. I have over 25 years of experience in teaching, educational leadership, and administration, with a focus on equity, anti-bias, and culturally responsive practices. My mission is to create respectful, firm, equitable, and data-driven instructional spaces that support the academic and social-emotional development of all students and families, regardless of their identity or background. I am passionate about partnering with families and the community to provide relevant learning opportunities for students, both inside and outside the classroom, that help them develop the self-confidence, awareness, knowledge, critical thinking skills, and character necessary to succeed in a technologically advanced world. I am unapologetic about my passion for equity-based education, and I strive to be a educational leader who facilitates the preparation of all students to become fighters to meet future challenges.
