Project: Boston Scientific Weaver Lake 4 Expansion.

• Working as a Project Engineer overseeing project engineering activities from buyout through the current closeout phase. My role includes contract and change order administration, schedule and cost tracking, submittal and LEED documentation management, and coordination with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams. I also assist in preparing profit projections, developing owner pay applications, and reviewing subcontractor billings in Textura for approval. I review architectural and engineering drawings, maintain project records and closeout documentation.

Project: University of St.Thomas Lee and Penny Anderson Arena - Project Engineer Intern

• Prepared and managed submittals and RFIs, coordinated submittal and RFI meetings, while gaining experience with MEP systems. Assisted with project buyout activities for finish scopes, including tile, carpet, specialties, and caulking.

• Contributed to process, productivity, and safety improvements while coordinating the repair and restoration of finishes in an occupied university building, including ceiling tile reinstallation, rubber base replacement, TV mount and door hardware installation, and painting, ensuring safe and high-quality completion of the work.

• Prepared and reviewed technical drawings and CAD models, identified and corrected design discrepancies, managed drawing distribution and document control through ProjNet, developed client presentations and shop drawings, and maintained accurate as-built documentation to support construction and recordkeeping.
